Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a reservation at Adlaw Residence Boracay. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Reservation & Booking:
  • Reservations can be made through our secure online booking system or by contacting our reservations team directly.
  • A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee and confirm your reservation.
  1. Cancellation & Modification:
  • Cancellation policies may vary based on the room type and rate selected. Specific cancellation terms are provided during the booking process.
  • Modifications or cancellations to your reservation must be made within the stipulated timeframe to avoid charges. Please refer to your confirmation for details.
  1. Payment & Charges:
  • Payment for your stay will be processed based on the selected rate and payment terms at the time of booking.
  • Additional charges incurred during your stay for services or amenities will be settled upon check-out.
  1. Check-in & Check-out:
  • Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  1. No-Show & Late Cancellation:
  • Failure to arrive on the specified check-in date without prior notice (no-show) may result in charges equivalent to the first night’s stay.
  • Late cancellations made after the specified deadline may also incur charges equivalent to a portion or full stay, as per the policy.
  1. Guest Responsibilities:
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
  • Adlaw Residences reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or losses incurred.
  1. Safety & Security:
  • Guests are expected to comply with safety and security regulations and guidelines provided by Adlaw Residences.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or accommodation to guests who violate these regulations.
  1. Privacy Policy:
  • Information provided during the reservation process is subject to our Privacy Policy. Your data will be handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
